SoE IT Winter Closure 2022-2023
SoE IT is closed for normal support from 12/21/2022 through 1/3/2023.
In alignment with the campus Winter Closure 2022/2023, SoE IT will not be monitoring the ticket queue nor be available for normal support from 12/21/2022 through 1/3/2023. The University IT Service Desk offers limited support for urgent issues: https://uit.stanford.edu/organization/winterclosure
While normal SoE IT support is suspended during this time, major IT infrastructure issues and critical failures in the Huang datacenter (power outage/flooding/cooling failures/security breach) should be reported immediately for triage.
