Windows

  1. Download the TeamViewer Client.
  2. Open TeamViewerQS.exe.
  3. Wait for your technician to connect.

macOS

  1. Download the TeamViewer Client.
  2. Click on TeamViewerQS.zip to extract TeamViewer.
  3. Open the extracted file TeamViewer QuickSupport.app.
  4. Wait for your technician to connect.

First time using TeamViewer on macOS?

  1. Open System Preferences.
  2. Click on Security & Privacy.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Click on the lock icon to make changes.
  5. Click on Accessibility and select the checkbox next to TeamViewer Quick Support.
  6. Click on Screen Recording and select the checkbox next to TeamViewer Quick Support.
