Before making any Adobe subscription purchases, please get approval from your manager and contact the School of Engineering IT department. We may be able to assign you an existing license.
Key Benefits
- Streamlined Billing Process: With centralized Adobe purchases through SoE IT, there's no need for individual departments to find and manage PTA (billing information). This reduces administrative overhead and ensures a smooth, efficient billing process.
- Flexible Seat Assignments: Centralized purchasing allows for procuring Adobe seats that are not tied to specific individuals. This flexibility enables easy reallocation of licenses as team members change roles or new hires are onboarded, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Cost-Effective Long-Term Subscriptions: Unlike the short-term 6-month subscriptions available on platforms like OnTheHub, centralized purchasing offers long-term subscription options. This not only provides better value for money but also ensures continuous access to Adobe tools without the hassle of frequent renewals.
- Enhanced License Management: Centralized management through SoE IT ensures that all Adobe licenses are tracked and managed from a single point. This simplifies compliance with licensing agreements and helps avoid issues such as expired licenses or unauthorized usage.
