On-Site Support

The School of Engineering Information Technology team continues to provide on-site technical support to all SoE members. To help keep all community members safe and healthy, including our technical support staff, everyone coming to campus for work-related activities must follow the University’s health and safety requirements. SoE IT Power Cycle (pilot)

Effective 10/06/22, SoE IT will perform monthly check-ins in the Huang building Dean's Office suites to offer IT assistance. A team member will be present for up to one hour to provide desktop support. Support issues for these check-ins are intended to be quick fixes. Should an issue require more time than allocated, please submit a help ticket.
