SoE IT Winter Closure 2024-2025
SoE IT is closed for regular support from 12/23/2024 through 1/3/2025.
In accordance with the campus Winter Closure 2024/2025, SoE IT will not monitor the ticket queue or provide regular support from December 23, 2024, to January 3, 2025. However, the University IT Service Desk will offer limited assistance for urgent matters: https://uit.stanford.edu/organization/winterclosure.
During this period, normal SoE IT support will be suspended. Nevertheless, if you encounter major IT infrastructure issues or critical failures in the Huang datacenter (such as power outages, flooding, cooling failures, or security breaches), please report them immediately for triage.
