If your CanonMFD print queue is reporting it is "offline", the problem may be due to invalid authentication credentials to the server SEQ-UNIFLOW.
Delete your existing CanonMFD print queues.
Goto Start Menu-->Control Panel-->Credential Manager-->Add a Windows credential-->
Internet or network address: seq-uniflow.stanford.edu
Username: WIN\sunetid (your SUNet ID)
Password: (you know this)
Now re-add the CanonMFD print queues following these instructions:
