All of the MFPs are locked down and require users to swipe their Stanford ID Card.  See below how to swipe your badge.  If you do not have your ID card with you, press the Key button at the bottom right of the screen and you will be asked to enter your SUNet ID and Password.

After you swipe your card for the first time, the copier will ask you for your SUNet ID and password.  Tap the screen inside the white data boxes and enter your SUNet ID and password.  This one time process will link your Stanford ID Card to the centralized management system so you can seamlessly use any SEQ Canon MFD.

Touching “Scan and Send” will bring you to the “Send to Myself” button.  Pressing this button will populate your e-mail address to allow you to quickly send an e-mail to yourself.  Once the e-mail address appears on the screen, just insert your document into the scanner and press the green start button on the keypad to the right to send the job.
