If you're getting a weird error message or getting kicked back to the main http://soeithelp.stanford.edu page when trying to login as an Agent or submit a ticket, try the following:
1. Open up http://stanfordyou.stanford.edu
3. Click on "Change" for SU Contact Info
4. Be sure that your Email Visibility drop down is selected as either Stanford, or Public.
Now you should be able to sign in to Zendesk. This setting is important as Zendesk uses Stanford's 'mail' attribute. When you completely hide the mail attribute from the world, Zendesk can't use it to authenticate your account.
