View the video directly on YouTube.
Under the video, click “share.”
When the panel opens, click the “embed” tab.
You’ll see a line of code like the example below. Copy this code.

On the website, when you’re editing or adding a page or news story to include a video, scroll down to the bottom of the text entry box.
Click on the dropdown next to Text Format and change it to HTML. Between paragraphs (marked by </p> at the end of a paragraph and <p> at the beginning, paste in the code from YouTube. Then, change the dropdown back to Content Editor Text Format. You should see a blank space with a think black outline (the video doesn’t work in the editing view).
Save the page/news story,.
Double check your work by logging out of the site and viewing the page (the video does not play when you are logged in).
